I haven’t posted anything in a while… Shame on me, I know. I’ve got some stuff in the works, not yet to be seen by the public. You are so patient, no hate mail for disappearing on you (hehe). Since I have nothing brand spanking new, I’ll let you see some old pictures I just edited about a month ago. Most designers have these blogs with all kinds of work and insight into the wonderful world of graphic design. I have a blog, because I thought “why not???” I don’t know what to write on it half the time. I want to rant sometimes, but I feel that may detrimental to getting a job. Even though I don’t think the things I have to rant about are out of the ordinary, but one post out of 5 saying I hate this or that, probably won’t go over well. Anyway…. this is as close as I could get to ranting about ranting …RANT sounds weird after you say it too many times lol …even looks weird now.

God help anyone who subscribes to this blog …you’re gonna be annoyed every time a new post pops up on your reader! (Subscribe to my Google Reader over there!>>> You’ll be much more satisfied with the content, cuz I didn’t write it!)

Why are people not nocturnal “animals?” I do my best thinking at night, between the hours of 12 and 3am. Maybe because I don’t watch the crappy TV that comes on during those hours, not that the rest of the day is much better. Maybe it’s because the technological traffic dies down, no more text messages, IM’s or constant updating of Facebook and Twitter. I guess I have nothing to be nosey about at 12-3am. That can’t be it, I’m not even paying attention to half of that stuff anymore. Maybe it’s that silence when everything is off, no cars driving past my window, no more kids yelling in the street. Just a peaceful buzz in your ears ….and then I put my headphones on to tune it all out. LOL I’ll never know …I’ll say it’s the stars, they are magic, that’s gotta be it!

I’m never gonna break up with graphic design, but my love for it isn’t as unconditional as I think it should be… cuz maaaaan it pisses me off sometimes. I like to take breaks sometimes and date other people until I remember why I fell inlove with design in the first place and that others don’t offer quite the same satisfaction.

Sometimes I wish I was a better lover and I gave design the love and attention it deserves instead of the half ass job I’ve been doing, but sometimes it seems pointless to put work into it and no one will appreciate it. I should try harder to do it for my own satisfaction.

I’m sorry design for all the wrongs I have done in the past and the many times I have strayed to easier relationships.
